The Broil King Signet 90 has plenty of cooking space and power to satisfy the most demanding outdoor chef. Thick, heavy cast iron cooking grids offer superb heat retention to quickly sear foods and are reversible with searing points on one side and channels on the other. The large deep oven makes the Signet ideal for convection cooking large roasts.
